Process — six phases
A studio runs on a schedule, not a mood.
From the first call to the first post is usually four weeks. Here is exactly what happens in each of them, and what we need from you on the way.
Weeks 1 to 8, at a glance
Red — first cycle. Grey — the same loop, repeating monthly from week six onward.
01
Discovery
Week 1–2 · 2 sessions
A ninety-minute session with whoever actually decides — usually the founder or the head of marketing. We go through commercial goals, the last ninety days of content, what your sales team hears on calls, and the three competitors that annoy you most. Then we audit your channels properly: not vanity metrics, but which posts made someone save, share or ask a question.
You give us
Channel access, last year's numbers, two hours of calendar time.
You get
A written audit with the five things costing you attention right now.
02
Strategy
Week 2–3 · 1 presentation
We come back with a platform mix, three to five content pillars, a tone-of-voice page and a ninety-day calendar with real dates on it. This is the only meeting where we argue — better now than after a shoot. You leave with a plan you could hand to another studio, which is the point: it belongs to you.
You give us
One round of honest feedback within five working days.
You get
Pillar map, tone guide, 90-day calendar, measurement plan.
03
Pre-production
Week 3–4 · async
Scripts written, shot list built, locations scouted, permits filed, talent booked, call sheet circulated. Every hook is written before a camera comes out of a case — if the idea does not survive being read aloud, it does not get shot. You approve the shot list; nothing on set is a surprise.
You give us
Location access, product samples, approval on the shot list.
You get
Scripts, storyboard, call sheet, permits handled.
04
Production day
Week 4 · 8–10 hours
One day, one crew, a month of material. We shoot video and stills on the same set-ups, capture at high frame rate where slow motion earns its place, and log everything on location so nothing gets lost between the card and the edit. A brand representative on set for the first hour is usually enough.
You give us
The space, and someone empowered to say yes on the day.
You get
Full-crew shoot day, backed-up rushes, selects within 48 hours.
05
Post & design
Week 4–5 · 10 working days
Editing, grading, sound, subtitles, carousels and covers. Everything arrives in one review link, organised by publish date — not a folder of file names. Two rounds of revisions are included and almost never both used, because the shot list was approved three weeks earlier.
You give us
Consolidated feedback in one pass, within three working days.
You get
Finished assets, master files, subtitle files, cover frames.
06
Publish & report
Week 5 onward · monthly loop
We schedule, we reply, we watch the first forty-eight hours of every post. At month end you get one page: what performed, what we are cutting, what we are doubling. The next month's calendar is built from that page — which is how the work compounds instead of restarting.
You give us
Thirty minutes a month on a call.
You get
Scheduling, community management, a one-page monthly report.

The rhythm
A month in the studio
Three promises we put in the contract
Promise 01
Nothing publishes without approval
Every asset passes through your review link before it goes live. No surprises on your own feed.
Promise 02
You own everything
Rushes, project files, templates and LUTs are yours on request — during the engagement, not just after it.
Promise 03
One page, every month
Reporting that a founder can read in four minutes and act on the same day. No forty-slide decks.
